Material Handling & Inventory Control Manager
-Pay: $90-100k/year DOE
-Location: Camarillo, CA
*Must have raw material handling and cycle counts, inventory control, management experience*

-Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Material Handling & Inventory Control Manager to oversee the movement, storage, and accuracy of materials within our operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient material flow to support production while maintaining accurate inventory and leading a high-performing team.

-Responsibilities:
• Oversee material handling, storage, and inventory accuracy for raw materials, components, and finished goods
• Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counting and reconciliation
• Ensure efficient material flow to support production schedules
• Lead and develop a team of material handlers and inventory staff
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and logistics teams
• Implement and maintain best practices such as FIFO/LIFO and Kanban systems
• Monitor and improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency

-Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or warehouse operations
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in manufacturing or biopharma environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices (cycle counting, FIFO/LIFO, Kanban)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred
• APICS, CPIM, or similar certification is a plus
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
