Inventory Control Clerk I – 2nd Shift

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk I to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clerical work and data entry with solid experience in Microsoft Excel. This is an onsite role and involves walking between production buildings and inputting live updates on product statuses.
Location: 3800 W. 143rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44111
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Training for 1 week will be on 1st shift)
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and enter data into Excel spreadsheets with high accuracy
• Regularly revise and maintain up-to-date information
• Update Oracle database with collected data
• Walk production floors to collect and verify product status information hourly
• Perform basic housekeeping of workspace
• Wear and maintain proper PPE (provided: mask, work boots, hard hat, lab coat, safety glasses)
• Communicate production concerns or delays clearly and promptly

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, clerical, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Comfortable working in warehouse/production areas – this is NOT a traditional office role
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• High attention to detail, strong time management, and communication skills
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
