Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk
Location: Corona
Pay: $25
Schedule: Full-time, 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday–Friday (overtime as needed)
Interview Process: Two steps – initial screening with Robert, followed by final interview with Operations Manager and President

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Clerk ensures accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and stocking of all materials and supplies. This role is critical for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while supporting production and operations through precise inventory management.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain inventory by stocking, cataloging, and organizing products for production.

Perform quality checks and rotate inventory per FIFO requirements.

Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure smooth production operations.

Inspect incoming deliveries, verify accuracy, document shipments, label, and stock materials.

Pull quality-approved materials for staging and shipping, completing all documentation.

Conduct regular cycle counts in coordination with Purchasing and Operations Managers.

Organize and label warehouse materials following 5S principles to optimize efficiency.

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for loading/unloading and stocking materials.

Report discrepancies, safety concerns, inefficiencies, or errors promptly to management.

Maintain strict cleanliness standards across warehouse, yard, and shipping/receiving desk.

Ensure safe forklift and pedestrian pathways are clear at all times.

Perform other duties as assigned by Operations or Production Managers.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of warehouse experience, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving.

Minimum 3+ years of forklift operation experience.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (moderate physical labor required).

Strong attention to detail, highly reliable, and self-motivated.

Immaculate organizational skills and superb time management.

Excellent communication skills.

Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

Must demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
