Job Title: Inventory Control Analyst

Join the team as an Inventory Control Analyst and play a critical role in keeping the warehouse operations accurate, efficient, and running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll help ensure our inventory system reflects what’s physically in the warehouse—supporting smooth receiving, picking, and shipping operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes along the way.
What You’ll Do:
As our Inventory Control Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting operational excellence. Your work will directly impact how efficiently our warehouse runs every day.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage and execute daily cycle count programs to maintain accurate inventory levels
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
Reconcile system inventory with physical counts and perform authorized WMS inventory adjustments
Monitor inventory trends and variance patterns to identify process improvements
Maintain accurate inventory KPIs and reporting for operational leadership
Provide daily updates in team operational huddles on inventory status and risks
Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and warehouse teams to quickly resolve inventory issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency

Maintaining 99%+ inventory accuracy
Timely resolution of inventory discrepancies
Reliable reporting and actionable insights
Strong collaboration across warehouse and operations teams
Proactive identification of opportunities to improve processes
What You Bring:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Experience working with inventory systems or WMS platforms (preferred)
Ability to communicate findings clearly and support operational decision-making
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the broader team when needed
