Are you a highly organized and analytical professional with a passion for inventory accuracy and ERP optimization? We are looking for a seasoned Inventory Control Analyst to join our growing electronics manufacturing team and drive operational excellence across our materials and inventory management processes.
About the Role
As our Inventory Control Analyst, you’ll be the backbone of our Material Control operations—ensuring precise inventory records, maximizing ERP system capabilities, and coaching team members for continuous improvement. You'll play a critical role in ensuring material availability, improving processes, and upholding the accuracy and reliability of our inventory system.
You will collaborate across departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Shipping & Receiving, with direct visibility to company leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and system integrity.
Track and coordinate receipt, storage, movement, and issuance of inventory items.
Release materials for production and process unused/returned items.
Conduct regular audits and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
Leverage ERP capabilities (Genius ERP or similar) to streamline operations.
Create and deliver inventory and variance reports; track KPIs.
Support and enhance warehouse inventory practices including FIFO, put-away, and stock rotation.
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Develop and deliver training for inventory staff on best practices and new system functionalities.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Material Control team members on productivity, safety, and quality.
Qualifications & Requirements – Must Haves
5+ years of proven inventory control or inventory analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of supervisory experience including team coaching, training, and performance management.
Strong experience with Genius ERP or comparable ERP/MRP systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with inventory control tools and warehouse equipment.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational discipline.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to lead and train cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications – Nice to Haves
APICS or similar inventory/supply chain certification.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with ESD protocols for electronic components handling.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus.
