Inventory Clerk – 2nd Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk (2nd Shift) to support warehouse operations by accurately stocking inventory and preparing large pallet shipment orders. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production needs, and ensuring a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

All employees share responsibility for food safety, quality, and compliance. Any safety, quality, or procedural concerns must be reported promptly to supervisory or management personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately maintain inventory records for finished goods and raw materials, ensuring all items are properly labeled, assigned locations, and inventoried according to established procedures

Pull bulk inventory to support production and replenishment needs, ensuring visibility and proper identification of materials

Load and stage products for large palletized shipments with accuracy and efficiency

Store products appropriately in refrigerated, freezer, or dry storage areas

Maintain clear aisles and a safe, hazard-free work environment

Assist with receiving incoming materials and verifying quantities as needed

Complete required documentation clearly, accurately, and legibly

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned work areas

Follow all company policies, SOPs, SSOPs, and safety programs

Perform additional warehouse and inventory duties as assigned

Backup Coverage

In the absence of the Inventory Clerk, designated responsibilities will be supported by warehouse leadership to ensure continuity of operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or material handling preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records

Ability to lift, move, and handle palletized materials

Comfortable working in refrigerated, freezer, and dry storage environments

Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation accurately

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
