Inventory Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift Openings
We are seeking motivated and organized Inventory Associates to join a growing manufacturing warehouse team. These positions offer consistent schedules, long-term stability, and a supportive work environment with room for advancement.
Position Overview
The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing materials, and supporting both production and shipping activities. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in both refrigerated and dry storage areas.
Key Responsibilities
Track and maintain accurate counts of raw materials and finished goods
Pull and stage product for daily production needs
Ensure items are properly labeled, rotated, and stored in designated areas (dry, refrigerated, or frozen)
Assist in receiving inbound shipments and verifying documentation
Use inventory systems and scanning tools to record movement and maintain traceability
Follow sanitation and safety protocols at all times
Communicate effectively with warehouse and production teams
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Prior experience in warehouse inventory or material handling
Ability to read work orders and follow standard procedures
Comfortable working in cold storage environments
Basic computer or inventory scanning system knowledge
Dependable, organized, and safety-focused
