Are you organized, dependable, and ready to join a growing warehouse team? We are hiring Inventory Associates for a manufacturing facility. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions with opportunities for growth and a clean, team-oriented environment.
Job Summary:
The Inventory Associate is responsible for accurately stocking and tracking inventory, pulling products for production, and supporting outbound shipments. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in refrigerated and dry storage areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all line-item inventory and raw materials.
Pull and stage bulk product for production based on daily requirements.
Ensure all inventory is properly labeled, stored, and organized (dry, refrigerated, and frozen).
Assist in receiving incoming product deliveries and verify accuracy.
Follow company SOPs and sanitation protocols to ensure food safety and cleanliness.
Complete all documentation clearly and accurately.
Collaborate with warehouse team and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in inventory within warehouse environment needed.
Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and documentation.
Comfortable working in refrigerated or freezer environments.
Basic computer or inventory scanning knowledge a plus.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
