Our client is looking for an Inventory Support Specialist to assist with inventory management, shipping, and tradeshow support. This position involves hands-on work, organization, and coordination to ensure materials are properly prepared and tracked.
Must have advanced Excel skills in this role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Receive, organize, label, and maintain inventory including wires, catheters, demo models, and marketing materials.
Track and update inventory accurately using Excel and internal systems.
Prepare, pack, ship, and restock materials for sales requests, evaluations, tradeshows, and events.
Inspect incoming and returned materials for quality, restocking, repair, or disposal.
Perform hands-on tasks including creating touch samples, manual packing, and lifting materials up to 60 lbs.
