A highly respected firm is seeking an IP Litigation Paralegal to support sophisticated litigation matters in federal courts and before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). This role offers exposure to complex intellectual property disputes, collaboration with top-tier attorneys, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

- Support litigation matters in federal and state courts, including pleadings, filings, discovery, and trial preparation
- Prepare, proofread, and electronically file motions, briefs, and pleadings using CM/ECF and PACER
- Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and dockets to keep cases moving seamlessly
- Organize and prepare exhibits, appendices, deposition materials, and trial binders
- Assist with USPTO proceedings, including TTAB opposition and cancellation actions and UDRP matters
- Coordinate document discovery, collection, processing, and production with internal teams and outside vendors
- Manage eDiscovery platforms (Relativity) and perform document review
- Summarize deposition transcripts, expert reports, and technical documents
- Assist with legal research, budgeting, billing, and matter management
- Support IP portfolio matters, including docket maintenance and client reporting
- Take on special projects such as due diligence and prosecution-related work as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required
- 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally with IP litigation exposure
- Strong understanding of federal court rules and procedures (FRCP and local rules)
- Experience with Relativity or other eDiscovery platforms preferred
- Familiarity with Compulaw is a plus
- Comfortable working with technical and complex subject matter
