Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technology integrations that connect internal and external systems. This role ensures the secure, efficient, and accurate flow of data across multiple platforms (CRM, ERP, ADP, Zoho, installation portals, internal databases, financial and operational systems).
The Integration Developer will support multiple departments—including Design, Administration, Operations, Sales, Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources—by driving process automation, improving system efficiency, and enabling seamless data connectivity across the organization.
This position involves programming, API development, database administration, process automation, system security, and technical support for integrations and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Integrations, APIs & Automation
Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable APIs for internal and external applications.
Create and manage webhooks, connectors, and integration services across key platforms (Zoho, ADP, internal ERP, CRM, Fabric/Synapse).
Automate repetitive operational processes (M1, M2, M3, MN, QA, Billing, Installation Crew Reports, etc.).
Develop and maintain data pipelines for data movement, transformation, and processing.
Database Administration
Manage and optimize SQL databases ensuring integrity, consistency, and security.
Implement access controls and security policies aligned with organizational standards.
Create data structures, views, stored procedures, and queries for reporting and automation.
Infrastructure & DevOps
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable continuous deployment.
Manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring proper data storage, system connectivity, and automated data flows.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring fast and reliable dashboards and reports.
Protect data access and maintain system security across integrations.
Technical Support
Troubleshoot issues related to integrations, APIs, databases, and automated workflows.
Provide technical assistance to operational departments regarding external portals and integrations.
Document solutions, integration flows, and system architecture.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Accounting, HR, NTP, Design, and Milestones teams to identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into effective technological solutions.
Participate in meetings, pilot testing, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar integration or development role.
Strong programming skills (Python, C#, Java, or similar).
Proficiency with MS Office 365 Cloud tools (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Synapse and Fabric.
Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Data Warehouse concepts, RPAs, Web Services, and APIs.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git).
Experience working in hybrid cloud/data center environments.
Experience with Windows, MS Azure, Unix/Linux systems.
Experience managing short-, mid-, and long-term projects (6+ months).
Fully bilingual (Spanish–English).

Azure DevOps
Microsoft Certified: Azure Synapse Analytics
