We’re seeking an experienced Sales Closer/Intake Lead to manage incoming client inquiries, evaluate case viability, and close new leads within a first-call resolution. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and client service skills to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute directly to the firm’s growth.
Position- Sales Closer (Onsite)
In office- Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday (some Saturdays as needed)
Compensation: $30–$35/hr DOE + performance incentives
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with potential clients professionally and compassionately
• Screen and evaluate case viability based on firm criteria
• Convert qualified leads into signed clients
• Collaborate with attorneys and management on case assessments
• Highlight firm strengths while setting realistic client expectations
• Support intake specialists with coaching and live call monitoring
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years in intake, sales, or client relations (legal experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (CRM/Office Suite)
• Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting targets
