Insurance Support Specialist - Property & Casualty

This role focuses on the Property & Casualty suite of products, including Workers’ Compensation, ERISA bonds, BOP, and EPLI. The ideal candidate has prior customer service or insurance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems and client inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Provide advanced support for Property & Casualty products and services to internal and external clients.
Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls as required regarding P&C products or Workers’ Compensation Payment Services.
Research, investigate, and resolve client questions, issues, and concerns; escalate unresolved matters to management or technical personnel.
Maintain accurate records of all internal and external communications.
Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, corresponding systems, and internal/external processes to ensure client satisfaction.
Develop process improvements, make recommendations, and implement enhancements to workflows and procedures.
Manage professional relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure positive client experiences.
Utilize multiple software applications, including HRIS and online reporting systems, alongside carrier and bureau websites to resolve inquiries.
Stay up-to-date on internal product offerings, regulatory changes, policy updates, and insurance industry developments.
Participate in assigned projects, required training, and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of customer service or insurance-related experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and systems simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle client concerns effectively.
Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products a plus.
