A growing financial services firm in Greenville, SC is seeking an Insurance Specialist to provide client-focused support for insurance products, policy servicing, underwriting coordination, and advisor support. The Insurance Specialist will serve as a key point of coordination between clients, advisors, internal teams, and home office partners. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional client service and administrative support for insurance-related products, policies, applications, and service requests.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, advisors, home office teams, and internal staff to keep requests moving efficiently.
- Monitor application, underwriting, and policy servicing activity, including follow-up on outstanding requirements and documentation.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate client files, correspondence, policy documents, applications, illustrations, and supporting materials.
- Communicate with clients regarding account updates, signatures, policy changes, payment issues, address changes, loan requests, and related matters.
- Support advisors throughout the insurance sales and service process by coordinating documentation, reporting, status updates, and workflow follow-up.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $45,000 to $47,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate insurance application, underwriting, policy servicing, and client documentation workflows.
- Support advisors and clients throughout insurance-related sales, service, and follow-up processes.
- Maintain accurate records, track outstanding requirements, and ensure timely completion of client requests.
- Communicate professionally with clients, internal teams, advisors, and external partners.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred in client service, administrative support, insurance support, financial services support, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to proactively identify needs, take initiative, and follow tasks through to completion.
- Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills with the ability to learn industry-specific systems and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, wealth management, or a related industry.
- Life and Health License or willingness to obtain licensing upon employment.
- Experience supporting underwriting, policy servicing, annuity processing, or insurance application workflows.
- Experience managing client documentation, workflow tracking, reporting, and follow-up processes.
