We are partnering with a well-established, culture-focused financial services organization to hire an Insurance Services Specialist II for their corporate office in Oxnard, CA. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts
Prepare, present, and sell insurance quotes and policies
Manage policy renewals, reinstatements, cancellations, and overdue payments
Maintain accurate insurance account records and prepare regulatory reports
Specialize in commercial and health insurance, including DMV-related services
Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate policy terms
Stay current on insurance regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance
Provide insurance expertise and guidance to internal teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, or related field)
Minimum 2 years of insurance sales and service experience, including commercial, health, and DMV-related services
Active and valid CA Life & Health, Commercial, and Personal Lines licenses
Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and risk management practices
Excellent communication, analytical, and client service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Additional Requirements
Must successfully pass background, credit, education, and employment verification
