Insurance Services Specialist (Licensed) -Key Responsibilities * Assist clients with insurance products and services. * Build and maintain strong client relationships. * Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service. * Support insurance sales and service activities. * Help clients understand their coverage and insurance options. * Work closely with the team to meet client and business needs.
**Location:** Ventura County, CA
**Pay:** $24–$35/hour DOE + Commission
About the Position
-We are seeking an experienced **Insurance Services Specialist** to join our team. This position will provide excellent customer service, build client relationships, and help clients identify the right insurance products to meet their needs.
Qualifications
* **Minimum 2 years of insurance sales and service experience.**
* **Active California Life & Health License required.**
* Commercial and Personal Lines licenses are preferred.
* Experience with commercial, health, and personal insurance products.
* Strong customer service, communication, sales, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Banking or credit union experience is a plus.
### Compensation
**$24–$35/hour DOE + Commission**
