We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Insurance Service Associate to provide support to clients for our Property & Casualty suite of insurance products.
Please note scheduling of 8AM–8PM EST (Main office hours 8AM–5PM; flexibility 10:30AM–7PM).
Responsibilities:
Provide advanced customer service and support for Property & Casualty products, including Workers’ Compensation, ERISA Bonds, BOP, and EPLI.
Respond to inbound client inquiries and place outbound calls as needed to resolve client questions and issues.
Research and resolve product and service issues for internal and external clients.
Maintain accurate records of all internal and external communications.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Insurance Agency products, systems, and processes to ensure client satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to technical or professional personnel when necessary.
Identify and recommend enhancements to processes and procedures to management.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
Utilize multiple software applications, including HRIS and Online Reporting System, and carrier/bureau websites to address client needs.
Stay up-to-date with internal product offerings, regulatory changes, policy updates, and insurance industry developments.
Participate in training programs, projects, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; additional education a plus.
Minimum 2 years of customer service or insurance-related experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and client-focused attitude.
Proficiency with software applications, including HRIS and reporting systems, preferred.
