As an Insurance Service Associate, you’ll be responsible for ensuring disability plan data is processed flawlessly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys working with data, and wants to contribute to a team that values efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor, load, and correct deficiencies in disability plan data from insurance carriers.
- Utilize multiple computer systems, insurance carrier websites, and internal applications to upload client data.
- Ensure all data is entered with accuracy and meets internal standards.
- Communicate with internal partners and insurance carriers via phone or email to resolve data-related issues.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in using multiple computer systems and applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods and handle moderate phone use.
- Previous experience in data entry, insurance services, or administrative roles is a plus.
