Key Responsibilities
Generate New Business: Actively pursue and acquire new commercial accounts, with qualified leads provided by the agency.
Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing fast, competitive quotes and exceptional service.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Client Support: Handle high call volumes with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Administrative Tasks: Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage client information and sales pipelines.
