Key Responsibilities

Handle insurance claims with diligence, accuracy, and professionalism

Provide customer support for policy changes, renewals, and general inquiries

Assist with quoting and comparative rating using carrier portals

Perform administrative tasks to support the claims team and ensure smooth operations

Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Required: Experience in Property & Casualty insurance claims

Preferred: Familiarity with carrier portals and comparative raters

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently

Detail-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities
