Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Analyst for a financial services opportunity supporting insurance compliance activities tied to a large-scale project. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in insurance risk, commercial insurance, documentation review, and regulatory or investor compliance.
The Insurance Analyst will work closely with internal teams to review insurance records, identify discrepancies, support documentation accuracy, and help ensure compliance with established requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Support insurance compliance activities related to a large-scale financial services project.
- Review and analyze insurance documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure insurance records meet applicable investor, policy, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve insurance-related discrepancies and documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate records while following established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist with project initiatives and additional operational support tasks as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $39.84 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Anticipated Duration: 18-month contract with potential extension based on performance.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite per week and 1 remote day.
- Location: McLean, VA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support insurance compliance activities for a large-scale project.
- Review commercial insurance documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Resolve insurance documentation discrepancies with internal business partners.
- Maintain accurate insurance records in accordance with established requirements.
- Experience in insurance risk and commercial insurance.
- Knowledge of insurance compliance processes, documentation standards, and record review practices.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Management-level experience or the ability to operate with strong ownership, judgment, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with government-sponsored enterprise insurance requirements is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting insurance compliance within financial services, mortgage, real estate finance, or a regulated environment.
- Prior experience working on large-scale documentation, compliance, or operational project initiatives.
