Licensed Insurance Agent needed!

2-20 required if remote, 4-40 required if on site.

Temp-to-Hire

***This role can be either fully remote from anywhere in Florida, or onsite/hybrid if local***

Base Guarantee Pay of $15/hr + Commission on personal sales

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a book of business, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
Utilize agency-provided leads to generate new business and cross-sell home, auto, umbrella, and specialty coverages.
Build a personal book of business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience in insurance sales with a track record of success.
Strong knowledge of personal property and casualty insurance lines (home, auto, umbrella, specialty).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
