We're seeking an experienced Insurance Agency Manager to lead insurance operations. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you'll drive agency growth, ensure client service and oversee staff development while maximizing productivity and profitability.

Responsibilities

Oversee all Insurance Agency operations, ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiency
Develop and implement growth strategies, new programs, and insurance promotions
Monitor sales performance, maintain data analytics, and provide regular agency status reports
Design and deliver comprehensive staff training programs (sales, product, operations)
Manage staffing, certifications, scheduling, and performance across all locations
Build carrier relationships and stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes
Negotiate vendor contracts and implement system enhancements (AMS 360, PL Rater)
Perform senior agent duties and expand sales to both existing and new accounts

Qualifications

Property & Casualty license required
In-depth knowledge of insurance agency operations and AMS 360/PL Rater systems
Proven leadership with strong administration, staff management, and motivation skills
Expertise in customer service principles, sales strategies, and quality standards
Thorough understanding of insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Strong training and development capabilities for diverse teams
Analytical skills with proficiency in sales data, reporting, and performance metrics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building abilities

Schedule

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (occasional after-hours events)
