A large, fast-growing construction company is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the development of training materials for engineering and other departments across a 500+ employee organization.
This contract role (minimum 6 months, with potential extension) will provide critical support while the lead Instructional Designer focuses on a major project.
The ideal candidate has strong instructional design fundamentals, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and experience managing an LMS.
Responsibilities include designing instructor-led and online training, developing assessments, collaborating with subject matter experts, updating existing curriculum, managing LMS structure and course quality, and ensuring timely delivery of training materials.
