Convert current UPK training resources to job aids to accessible-compliant PDF format. While converting the content to accessible-compliant job aids, they will need to proofread and make improvements for comprehension/ease of use. For situations where there is multiple job aids related to a specific topic, they need to use judgment for consolidating information and presenting the content in the most user-friendly manner.

KSA’s

Highly skilled at creating accessible-compliant documents and PDFs REQUIRED

Skilled at comprehending, summarizing, and presenting complex and/or technical information in a simple, easy to understand manner REQUIRED

Skilled at writing job aids and other systems training materials REQUIRED

Knowledgeable of HR systems (preferably Peoplesoft) and processes REQUIRED

Education:

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience
