We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Packaging and Inspection Technician to join the team. This role is primarily focused on visual inspection of finished products, ensuring quality and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform online AQL inspections on finished products

Conduct AQL inspections on labeling and cartoning of finished goods

Inspect incoming production components such as vials, stoppers, seals, and filters

Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation

Support limited packaging activities as needed (approximately 10% of the role)

Follow all safety, GMP, and standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of 3 months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals

Basic math and measurement skills, including calculating figures such as proportions, percentages, and volume

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise visual inspections

Additional Information:

The position consists of approximately 90% visual inspection activities and 10% packaging work

Candidates with prior visual inspection experience are strongly preferred
