Job Summary

We are seeking an Inspection & Packaging Technician for a contract/temporary opportunity in Albuquerque, NM. This role supports manufacturing operations by performing quality inspections on finished products, labeling, cartoning, and incoming production components.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform online AQL inspections on finished products to ensure quality and compliance with established procedures.
- Inspect labeling and cartoning of finished products for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Conduct incoming inspections of production components, including vials, stoppers, seals, filters, and related materials.
- Read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Document inspection results, complete routine reports, and communicate quality findings as needed.
- Support production and packaging teams by helping maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $35,360 per year.
- Employment type: Contract/temporary.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform finished product AQL inspections in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Inspect labeling, cartoning, and production components for quality and accuracy.
- Support documentation, reporting, and quality control procedures.
- Follow established safety, operating, and production procedures.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, inspection, assembly, packaging, or production experience is helpful for success in this role.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence clearly and accurately.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, proportions, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts in a production or inspection setting.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and commitment to quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience performing AQL inspections in a manufacturing, packaging, or regulated production environment.
- Experience inspecting production components such as vials, stoppers, seals, filters, labels, or cartons.
- Familiarity with quality documentation, production records, and inspection procedures.
- Previous experience in assembly, packaging, quality control, or production operations.
