Job Summary

We are seeking an Inspection & Packaging Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Albuquerque, NM. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate who enjoys hands-on production work, quality inspection, and contributing to a well-organized manufacturing environment.

As an Inspection & Packaging Technician, you will help ensure finished products, labels, cartons, and production components meet established quality standards before moving forward in the production process. Key Responsibilities

- Perform online AQL inspections on finished products to verify quality and compliance with established standards.
- Inspect labeling and cartoning of finished products for accuracy, consistency, and proper presentation.
- Conduct incoming inspections of production components, including vials, stoppers, seals, filters, and related materials.
- Follow safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and written procedures.
- Complete routine reports, inspection documentation, and correspondence as required.
- Communicate quality concerns or production issues to appropriate team members or supervisors.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Location: Albuquerque, NM.



What you'll do:

Perform online AQL inspections on finished products.
Perform online AQL inspections on the labeling and cartoning of finished products.
Conduct incoming inspections of production components, including but not limited to vials, stoppers, seals, and filters.
Follow safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Complete routine reports and correspondence as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Minimum of three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
