Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector / Production Associate to support manufacturing operations. This role involves inspecting finished products, performing minor assembly tasks, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. Candidates must demonstrate a stable work history and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform visual inspections of finished parts to identify defects
Complete minor finishing and basic assembly operations
Accurately enter production and inspection data into electronic systems
Use measurement tools such as rulers, gauges, and clippers
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Conduct routine safety and quality checks on equipment
Support material movement from production lines to staging areas
Assist with equipment changeovers to maintain productivity and quality
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues independently or with team support
Train other team members on unit operations as needed
Requirements
Stable work history with 1+ year tenure per role (no frequent short-term jobs)
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Comfortable sitting for extended periods while performing tasks
Basic English communication (written and verbal)
Basic math skills
Experience using measurement tools (rulers, gauges, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Work Schedule & Environment
8-hour shifts (overtime may be required)
Mandatory PPE provided (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection)
Steel toe/composite toe footwear required
Dress code: Jeans or cargo pants (no sweatpants/leggings)
Shift Options & Pay
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) – $15.50/hr
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri) – $15.50/hr
Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sun–Thu) – $16.50/hr
Additional Information
60-day probation period (attendance & performance monitored)
Mandatory online assessment required before submission
Strict attendance policy enforced
Headshot required upon offer acceptance (professional, light background)
