This Inside Sales Representative Position Features:
Sales Executive

Duties:
Identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Conducting product/service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.
Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts, strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities.
Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, tracking progress, and generating regular performance reports.
Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of sales/account management experience
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in wholesale sales; knowledge of e-commerce sales in the auto parts industry is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems is preferred
Ability to travel frequently for business
Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
