Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in San Juan, PR. This role is ideal for a bilingual sales professional who enjoys connecting with prospective customers, generating new business opportunities, and supporting revenue growth in the computer software industry.
The Inside Sales Representative will play an important role in outbound lead generation, inbound lead qualification, customer follow-up, CRM management, and renewal support. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clearly communicate product and service offerings to generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads from cold calling initiatives and inbound inquiries, assess customer needs, and route qualified prospects to the Account Executive team.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients to support pipeline growth and future sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, lead activity, follow-ups, and customer information within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support monthly and quarterly revenue goals, customer documentation, renewals, and follow-up activities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire, full-time position.
- Salary range: $36,000 to $38,000 annually.
- Commission structure based on sales profit once invoices are paid at 1.25%.
- Average monthly commission earnings of approximately $700.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Workplace type: On-site in San Juan, PR.
- Probationary period: 6 months.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and lead development.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads within the CRM system and support handoff to the sales team.
- Support customer renewals, documentation, follow-ups, and sales administration.
- Build relationships with prospective customers while helping drive sales pipeline and revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years of sales experience.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Knowledge of customer service principles, sales processes, and sales strategies.
- Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to maintain accurate CRM records.
- Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Adaptable, flexible, and creative in managing changing business demands.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Extroverted personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with different personality types and customer needs.
- Passion for technology, learning new skills, and solving customer problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT, software, or technology sales.
- Previous experience using CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activity.
