We are seeking a polished, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients in a luxury, concierge-style environment. In this role, you will deliver a white-glove, consultative experience, building trust and guiding clients toward scheduling in-person consultations.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch sales environment and enjoys creating meaningful connections while driving results.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a luxury, concierge-level customer experience across phone, chat, and digital platforms
Engage prospects with empathy and professionalism to understand their needs and goals
Convert inquiries into scheduled in-person consultations
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and maintain engagement
Reconnect with inactive or abandoned leads to drive conversions
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems (Salesforce)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Meet or exceed appointment and attendance goals
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in inside sales, call center, or luxury sales environments
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence
Ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations effectively
Goal-driven mindset with a focus on performance and results
Comfortable managing multiple communication channels and systems
Willingness to travel to Boca Raton, FL for 2 weeks of paid training (flight + hotel covered)
