Our team supports distributors and end-users throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, and the Pacific Northwest, delivering high-quality industrial and commercial construction products.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Auburn, CA office. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing, fast-paced organization within a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Coordinator performs a wide range of inside sales and customer service functions supporting distributors, end-users, and outside sales representatives. This role is essential in managing quotations, processing orders, providing technical product information, and ensuring accurate, timely communication throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

~ Prepare and manage sales quotations for standard stock and large competitive project bids.
~ Provide product, pricing, and delivery information to outside sales reps, distributors, and end customers.
~ Utilize principal manufacturers’ online software tools to support product and sales information.
~ Coordinate closely with outside sales staff to support quoting activity and assist in closing orders.
~ Process sales orders via phone, email, and online systems.
~ Provide order confirmations and delivery updates to customers.
~ Maintain and organize CRM database for reporting, contact management, and activity tracking.
~ Assist with ordering and shipment of sales samples.
~ Provide technical selection guidance and specification information as needed.

Qualifications

~ 2–3 years of stable experience in inside sales or sales support.
~ Experience in industrial and commercial construction products strongly preferred.
~ Prior experience working through the electrical wholesale channel highly valued.
~ Proficiency in CRM/contact management software.
~ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
~ High energy, positive attitude, and strong multitasking ability.
~ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
~ Reliable attendance and commitment to team success.
