Inside Sales Representative

Base $60,000 + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do:

Engage prospective customers through warm leads to convert them into long-term clients

Build relationships, identify needs, and present solutions that deliver value

Consistently meet and exceed sales goals with a competitive, team-driven approach

Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline activity, and results

Collaborate with leadership on strategies for growth and personal development

What We’re Looking For:

Goal-oriented individuals with a proven track record of sticking with commitments and showing strong tenure in prior roles (ideally no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years)

Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds

A competitive drive with the discipline to hit targets and the passion to grow with a company long term

Prior sales experience is a plus, but success in any customer-facing, performance-driven role will be considered

What We Offer:

Base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commission—your earning potential is in your hands

Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM, with rotating Saturdays 9 AM–2 PM
