Inside Sales Representative – Greenville, SC

A growing company in the Greenville area is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join its team. This role offers a competitive hourly base rate ($20/hr) along with uncapped commission potential. The anticipated first-year earnings range between $50,000–$60,000, depending on performance.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, assisting customers, and working closely with internal teams. The right candidate will have a customer-first mindset, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

General Responsibilities:
Maintain regular customer contact and build long-term relationships
Support sales and order processes from start to finish
Monitor and manage customer accounts and records
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality and timely service
Communicate proactively to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
Assist with purchasing, quoting, and coordinating shipments
Perform other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Strong phone and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to manage data accurately
A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing is a plus
