Inbound Sales Representative
Location: Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 - 100% onsite
Pay: $18/hour ($19/hour for Spanish-speaking candidates) + COMMISSION
Start Date:July 7th, 2025
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries while proactively offering additional products and services to enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive sales
Assist customers with booking appointments and upseling products or services throughout the booking process
Resolve customer concerns with patience, accuracy, and a problem-solving mindset
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while following company policies and procedures
Schedule & Training:
Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Every other weekend is required
Training: 2-3 weeks, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No time off approved during training)
Qualifications:
2+ years of call center experience (customer service & sales experience preferred)
1+ years of experience in upselling or sales environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable upselling and recommending products/services
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (higher pay rate available!)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions daily
Dress Code:
Business professional attire required (no jeans, flip-flops, or crop tops)
