We are looking for a self-motivated sales representative. Must have the internal push as if to run your own business!

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online outreach.

- Develop relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services and effectively communicate their value.

- Follow up with leads, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns to facilitate the sales process.

- Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track interactions, and update customer records.

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and key performance metrics.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a customer service/sales-related role.

- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in business or a related field is a plus.
