Inside Sales Representative / Account Executive

We’re partnered with an innovative, founder-led wellness company experiencing rapid growth in the booming botanical products space. Their premium product line has built strong demand, and now they’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative / Account Executive to help expand wholesale partnerships and accelerate growth.

If you love outbound sales, high-volume calling, and uncapped earning potential—this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Do
Make high-volume outbound calls to retailers and wholesale prospects daily
Introduce premium, in-demand wellness products to new accounts
Build strong relationships with store owners and buyers
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, overcoming objections, and closing deals
Grow repeat business through excellent follow-up and account management
Help clients choose profitable product mixes that maximize revenue
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
Maintain pipeline activity and customer notes in CRM
Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

What Success Looks Like
80–100 outbound dials per day
Strong conversion rates and consistent new customer wins
8+ new customers per month or $10K+ in new monthly revenue
Building a healthy pipeline and repeat customer base
Becoming a trusted advisor to retail partners

What We’re Looking For
Competitive, sales-minded, and motivated by income
Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with decision-makers
Ability to build rapport quickly and close with confidence
Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, cold calling, or account management preferred
CRM experience is a plus (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
