What You’ll Do as an inside sales rep

As an inside sales rep, you will play a key role in exceeding sales expectations while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational compliance. You will build and deepen member relationships through consultative conversations, aligning financial solutions with their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, lasting relationships with members through proactive engagement
• Identify financial needs and recommend tailored products and services
• Conduct outbound sales and service calls to support business development
• Process transactions, update accounts, and open new accounts accurately
• Assist with loan applications and related documentation
• Provide frontline coverage in branch and call center environments
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales and service goals
• Adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Participate in community events as needed to support credit union initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial services call center
• Must be able to work onsite in Lewisville, TX five days per week
• Willingness to attend Credit Union-sponsored community events as needed
• Strong cross-selling and telemarketing skills
• Excellent member service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and professional workplace presence
