Job Overview:
We’re seeking motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representatives to join our clients’ growing teams in the Memphis and Southaven areas. These roles are ideal for driven sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals.
What You’ll Do:
-Handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls/emails to develop new business.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions.
-Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
-Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide updates on status, returns, or inquiries.
-Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet and exceed revenue goals.
-Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and market trends.
What We’re Looking For:
-Prior experience in inside sales, business development, or customer service preferred.
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients via phone, email, or video.
-CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
