Looking for an experienced inside sales manager to manage a team of 5. Looking for someone with a hunter mentality, sales leader someone that can find, & close leads, create new business and help build the sales team. .Phone based selling is their focus and on occasion in person. Will be responsible for selling residential solar, storage and roofing.

Required Qualifications
•3+ years leading a high-velocity inside sales team (phone-based selling).
•Demonstrated ability to coach and improve performance (not just inherit closers).
•Strong pipeline management discipline in a CRM (stages, next steps, forecasting).
•Experience building operating cadence, scorecards, and training systems.
•Proven willingness to hold standards and make hard calls (PIPs/terminations).
Strongly Preferred
•Solar or high-ticket home improvement (HVAC/roofing/windows)
•Consumer financing fluency
•Experience scaling headcount while maintaining quality and conversion stability
•Experience building self-gen motions (reactivation + outbound + referral)
