We are hiring a floor-leading Inside Sales Manager to build a predictable, scalable inside sales engine. You will Close Reps Deals, Instill standards, coaching cadences, pipeline discipline, and a measurable self-generated pipeline— then scale headcount to grow output well beyond 100 sold projects/month.
You are in the office, on the floor, daily: listening to calls, coaching live, reviewing pipelines, fixing execution, and upgrading talent, leading in front. This position is excited to close deals and loves being on the phone and not afraid of it
This is a results-driven leadership role, not a clock-in/clock-out position. We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager who measures success by outcomes—production, conversion, team development, and predictable growth—not by hours logged. Required Qualifications
• 3+ years leading a high-velocity inside sales team (phone-based selling).
• Demonstrated ability to coach and improve performance (not just inherit closers).
• Strong pipeline management discipline in a CRM (stages, next steps, forecasting).
• Experience building operating cadence, scorecards, and training systems.
• Proven willingness to hold standards and make hard calls (PIPs/terminations).
Strongly Preferred
• Consumer financing fluency
• Experience scaling headcount while maintaining quality and conversion stability
• Experience building self-gen motions (reactivation + outbound + referral)
Compensation
• Base salary (market competitive, experience-based) • Quarterly bonuses tied to: o Department sold projects growth (primary) o Conversion stability under volume + speed-to-lead compliance (secondary)
o Quality gates (cancels/fallout attributable to sales) o Self-gen contribution (measured, attributed in CRM)
