Inside Sales Coordinator- Auburn, CA
The Inside Sales Coordinator will perform inside sales and customer service functions for industrial and commercial construction products. .
The Position
• This position encompasses a wide range of sales support activity for products sold to the California, Arizona, Nevada and the Pacific Northwest markets:
• Use of principal manufacturer’s website software to support sales information
• Giving product, pricing, and delivery support and information to outside sales reps, distributors & end customers
• Creation of sales quotations – standard stock and special/large competitive projects
• Technical aptitude and/or understanding of product offering to provide selection advice and specification information
• Coordinated selling effort with outside sales staff to inform of quotes and assist in closing orders
• Processing sales orders via phone, online systems, and emails
• Providing order confirmations and delivery information to customer
• Use of CRM database to organize, catalog and report important company activities, contacts & information maintenance.
• Ordering & shipment for sales samples
Requirements
• Experience in sales support function
• Prior work in industrial & commercial products thru electrical wholesale channel highly valued
• Experienced skills with contact management software, Outlook, and Microsoft Excel essential
• Ideal candidate will possess high energy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once and maintain a positive attitude. Organization and attention to detail are a must.
