A global leader in metal-cutting bandsaw manufacturing, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly service-driven Inside Sales Coordinator to support our entire North American sales team. You will manage quoting, lead registration, and CRM processes, enabling the team to focus on strategic sales and application support.
The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B environments, preferably within industrial equipment or manufacturing, and thrives in a fast-paced setting where precision, communication, and collaboration are key.
What You’ll Do
As the Inside Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales support team. You’ll:
• Prepare and track quotes for machinery and accessories
• Manage lead registration and customer records in our CRM
• Respond to inquiries from distributors and end users with professionalism and care
• Generate sales activity reports and assist with pricing strategies
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing
• Help prepare for an upcoming ERP system transition
• Use tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat daily
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly) to enhance communication and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, quoting, or customer service (B2B or B2C)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel (intermediate), and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., SAGE CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative, customer-focused mindset
Preferred:
• Experience in B2B sales or industrial equipment/manufacturing
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAGE 100, Acumatica)
• Basic mechanical aptitude or understanding of technical products
