Immediate need for an Inside Sales/CSR position for a small but growing beauty supplies manufacturer and distribution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, wearing multiple hats, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic company.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer service via phone, email, and in person
Process orders, returns, and inquiries with follow-up
Support inside sales with quotes, lead follow-up, and relationship management
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and reports
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping for timely fulfillment
Maintain accurate customer records and transactions
Assist management with projects and daily operations

Requirements

Bilingual in Korean and English (verbal and written) highly preferred
2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or office administration (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Google Suite preferred
Professional, friendly, and proactive with problem-solving ability
Flexible team player, able to adapt in a small-business environment
Quick learner
