We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting our regional sales managers and helping customers with estimates, orders, and product questions.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare customer estimates and process orders accurately
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails
Maintain and update records in our CRM system
Support sales managers and assist customers in assigned territories
Learn and understand our product lines to provide guidance over time

What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow into a more sales-oriented role
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, written)
Comfortable with paperwork and documentation
Preferred: Experience in B2B sales, manufacturing, or industries like electronics, telecommunications, or fiber optics
