Inside Sales Agent

We are hiring high energy Inside Sales Agents to join a fast paced, high volume contact center. If you thrive on focus, momentum, and performance metrics, this is your lane.

What You Will Do
• Touch 60 to 70 records per hour during an 8 hour shift
• Engage roughly 50 percent of records
• Deliver a smooth, positive screening experience
• Transfer qualified consumers to licensed Insurance Agents from top national carriers for quoting
• Handle many calls under 20 seconds while staying sharp and consistent

This role is about focus, efficiency, and maximizing every live conversation.

Schedule
• Monday through Friday between 6am and 5pm PST
• Occasional Saturday overtime, volunteer based and performance driven

Compensation and Rewards
• Starting pay at 17 per hour
• Commission eligibility beginning the first full month after training, based on KPI performance
• 100 monthly home office stipend
• 1000 Perfect Attendance bonus at 60 days
• 200 monthly Perfect Attendance bonus after 60 days

• Clear path to full time employee status within 12 months

What You Need
• Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 200 download and 20 upload
• Reliable personal equipment during training
• Company equipment provided after successful completion of training
• Stable, distraction free home office or dedicated workspace
• Comfort working in a high volume, metrics driven environment
