Inside Sales person needed for busy company in Moorpark. Will promote the growth of our business. Will work closely with business development team to answer clients’ needs and grow the accounts. Responsibilities include pursuing new business opportunities by contacting and qualifying leads and responding to sales inquiries with a timely turnaround. Work as liaison between support team and clients to resolve any issues to ensure a proper implementation or roll out smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Pursue new business opportunities by contacting and qualifying leads.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person always with a same day turnaround.
• Follow sales process and ensure customer’s account receivable is up to date.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales activity records and reports.
• Be able to attend trade shows when needed.
• Strong product knowledge; provide assistance and information on product features so to offer to existing customers.
• Maintain strong client relationship.
• Meet sales target or goal when assigned.
• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Meet high levels of customer satisfaction by teaming up with customer service and customer support teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven sales track record, client connections in clinics and medical groups are preferred.
• Excellent in communication skills, including phone calls, verbal presentation with large audience
• Familiar with webinar tools
• Skills in problem solving
• Self-motivated and passionate on client relationship
