Job Title: Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join the team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, supporting our Territory Managers and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inquiries from dealers, contractors, chain account customers, and Territory Managers via phone and email.
Prepare and send accurate quotes, ensuring all necessary details (e.g., filters, promotions, rebates) are included.
Process orders received via purchase orders, email, or phone, verifying model numbers, pricing, shipping details, and delivery timelines.
Provide product specification sheets and coordinate with Territory Managers for bid jobs, site surveys, and specialty item support.
Schedule shipments and deliveries, including preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and pick tickets.
Receive and enter materials into the system upon warehouse inspection and verification.
Create and manage purchase orders for factory drop shipments and follow up as needed.
File and manage freight damage claims to resolution.
Communicate price changes, promotional programs, and product updates to customers.
Handle basic technical inquiries and escalate complex issues to management.
Stay informed on new products, pricing updates, and internal processes through regular training.
Follow up on open orders, coordinating with factories or purchasing as necessary.
Support other branches and Territory Managers as needed.
Process warranty claims for defective parts and labor per factory guidelines.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.


Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and order entry systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
