Immediate need for an Inside Sales Rep. seeking to work for a local

Position Summary:
This engineering services company is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for customer service. This role involves supporting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and inventory coordination, while contributing to sales growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email.
Accurately process orders, returns, and quotations using Salesforce and internal systems.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and product specifications, particularly in plumbing, HVAC, and construction-related supplies.
-Collaborate with sales engineers and supervisors on special pricing and urgent orders.
-Assist with service requests, pump selections, and competitive quotation memos.
-Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and account statements.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
-Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in plumbing, HVAC, or construction supply industries.
-Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Interest in career growth toward project management, business development, or outside sales.
